LAUNCH OF JAXA’S H-IIA ROCKET WITH ALOS 2
Here’s the launch of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency’s (JAXA) H-IIA rocket designated F-24 with the Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS-2) satellite. Launch took place on May 24, 2014 at 0305 UTC (2305 EDT on May 23rd) from the Tanegashima Space Center’s Yoshinobu Launch Complex, Pad 1.
